You will answer customers by email, chat and phone, and handle back-office processing tasks for a fast-growing marketplace.
Experience with support tools such as Intercom is a plus, but not a requirement.
Who we're looking for
- Based in Portugal and able to work remotely
- Comfortable communicating in French with customers
- Available 35–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Able to work within a 9:00–23:00 schedule range
- At ease with SaaS tools and web applications
- Customer support or back-office experience is a plus
