Field Sales Representative – Local Business Partnerships (1099)

Hey Nola Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client expanding a parcel pickup network across the United States.
You’ll meet local shop owners, introduce a parcel pickup partnership, and help interested businesses register and activate their location.

- Compensation
- $90 per qualifying field day + activation bonuses
What you’ll do
- Visit local shops within your assigned territory.
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers.
- Explain the partnership and guide interested businesses through registration.
- Follow up to support activation.
- Track visits and progress through a mobile application.
Compensation
- $90 daily field fee for each qualifying day: complete at least 10 store visits OR sign at least one partner.
- $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.
- $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window.
The daily field fee and activation bonuses are separate compensation components. Earnings vary based on activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed.
Who you are
- Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business development.
- Comfortable approaching business owners and handling objections.
- Organized and consistent with follow-up.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Ability to carry equipment weighing up to approximately 35 lbs.
- Based in an eligible U.S. city and able to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
Location & schedule
This is an in-person role involving local travel, with a flexible schedule of approximately 25–50 hours per week.
